Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once the returned items pass our quality check (usually within 48 hours of receipt).

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with our support team.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
